Acry Weaver Been doing that with them, and they've been going through some tough times irl. They did tell me it'd be done in some time frame each time, yet they haven't been able to do so.

Pegono Comet I'd ask for a refund either way.. seems life is too hard for them ATM to do the work.. I know that sounds cold but you are about to lose refund protection.. unless of course, you know the artist personally and trust them to finish
